We always like to start with a “Discover More” conversation, so we can get to know you, the type of travel experiences you’re looking for, and most importantly, why you are taking this trip. We’ll bring personal experiences, industry relationships, and knowledge we’ve garnered over the years, as well as from previous trips we’ve designed, to the conversation. During this stage, we get to know you better, brainstorm ideas with you and start getting excited about trip planning.

We typically charge fees to help cover the time it takes to research, plan, book, and manage a trip as well as support you during the trip if unforeseen events arise. Fees depend on the elements involved and their complexity; these will be discussed further with you during the “Discover More” conversation so there are no surprises.
