Where to Stay: South Beach, Miami

One of my favorite things about going to a travel conference is not only being inspired by all the properties and destination managers I'm meeting with from around the world, but I'm also surrounded by people who love hotels as much as I do. And we tend to spend most of our "free" time experiencing the best of the best that the area has to offer. This time, the destination was South Beach Miami. The trouble with South Beach is there are so many amazing hotels to choose from, so where does one start? You can choose from middle of the action to low key, all the frills to simple elegance, or sophisticated to party town. Everyone hotel has a different personality to match their guests. Here

A Taste of Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico

Just an hour and half south of the San Diego is a wine, culinary and getaway sanctuary. I spent a quick 24 hours getting a small taste of all that Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico has to offer. Our driver took us to our first stop at Adobe Guadalupe. Reservations are a must for their private cellar and I highly recommend this. Their wines are phenomenal. We were all pleasantly surprised and everyone purchased several bottles on our way out. The property is gorgeous, surrounded by vineyards, stables and roaming horses.
